Idea & Product Analysis
Everything starts with an idea.
At this stage, the customer’s needs are analyzed:
What will the product be used for?
In which environment will it be used (heat, mechanical load, chemical exposure)?
What are the functional expectations?
What are the aesthetic and ergonomic requirements?
These questions and research form the foundation for correct design and material selection.
Good analysis = right mold + right material + smooth production
Industrial Design & 3D Modeling
Once the idea is approved, the product is transformed into a 3D CAD model.
At this stage:
The external shape of the product is drawn
Wall thicknesses are determined
Internal supports and connection points are created
Mechanism details such as hinges or clip systems are designed
Professional modeling is critical for production efficiency.
Engineering Analysis (Simulation)
For some products, simulations are performed to ensure strength and quality:
Impact resistance
Heat resistance
Tensile and bending analysis
Flow simulation (how molten plastic moves inside the mold)
This stage prevents errors before production begins.
Prototype Production
Before making the mold, it may be necessary to see the product physically.
Methods include:
3D printed prototype
CNC modeling
Test mold
During this stage:
Product ergonomics are tested
Dimensions are checked
Functional testing is performed
Revisions are made if necessary
Mold Design & Production
Once the prototype is approved, a custom mold is prepared for the product.
Mold production steps:
Steel selection
Runner, channel, and cooling system design
CNC and EDM machining
Polishing & assembly
Precise engineering is essential, as the mold defines the product exactly.
Wrong mold = wasted time + cost + defective product
Plastic Injection Production
The mold is installed on the injection machine, and production begins.
Steps include:
Plastic granules are melted by heat
Molten plastic is injected into the mold under pressure
It cools and takes shape
Mold opens, product is ejected
This process allows for high-precision and mass production.
Quality Control
The produced parts are checked for:
Dimensional tolerances
Surface quality
Durability
Color and texture consistency
Hinge/clip mechanism testing (if applicable)
Packaging & Shipping
In the final step, the product is:

Counted
